How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Universitydestruction Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Can You Bring to Us?

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Universitydestruction Remodeling
  • The way we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

What If the Problem Is With a Provider?

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project hits a snag, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Universitydestruction Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or act on a provider's behalf.

How Do You File One?

Email contact@universitydestruction.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Happens After You Write?

We confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.

What If You Are Still Unhappy?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
